Rollout statusbar acting weird

Anyone else seen this?

When I perform a rollout it will start out fine, but then after a short while the status bar will begin going back and forth between some random (or maybe not so random?) points (like it will start at 1.2% and then jump 50.7% then back down again and so on and so forth)
and in between it will occasionally show the actual progress. If I stop the rollout and restart it, it resumes normally again for while before the problem reappears.

I feel that sometimes it can be triggered by switching to another open application, but since it's not always the case, that might just be a coincidence.

Also sometimes when I restart the rollout the number of games it suggests will have doubled (but again not always).
