Scroll down the "mobile processors" and take a look at the table. It appears as though the 2720QM, with about 10% speed advantage over the 2630QM, might be the most cost-effective option of the mobile quads (assuming there isn't a significant jump in cost for other components, e.g. motherboard). The 2820QM and in particular the 2920XM show significant jumps in cost.

I'm pretty sure the custom build companies mentioned elsewhere on this thread have options for delivering laptops with all of these CPU's.
