You didn't give the year for most of those quotes. Those made before the emergence of Nadal don't count in the argument of Federer vs Nadal.

Yes it's true that I don't have the year of every quote involved. If I didn't provide the year the year can sometimes still be interpreted by what was said. Even without, I wasn't making a case alone of Federer >> Nadal, I was making the case of Federer is the GOAT.

Relevance? An advantage is an advantage. Should Sampras be docked for being tall?

1. Sampras is not tall for a professional male tennis player of the upper caliber.

2. Being tall isn't necessarily an advantage in tennis. There's too tall, too short, and just right. Your point would have been better taken by saying he was near what seems to be the perfect height for a tennis player.

3. It isn't the same and I'm not going to carpel tunnel myself all up detailing why it isn't.

What would Chuck Bower say?
