Stick: This is one of many subtle ways whether or not it's a par 4 or par 5 can in theory affect the winner of a tourney.

Christian: Please elaborate on this. I have played a lot of golf and watched a lot of golf without ever noticing this subtle effect you insist exists. I would like to learn more about it.
