Thanks for clearing this up with the quote. However, it seems pretty clear to me that this statement is inaccurate. There is a distinction between cubeless games and games played to completion. Take a look (in this thread) at Xavier's stats for games with an active cube. Half of the games which aren't ended with a pass actually end in gammons.
