Problem 1. Given opp's two outside builders, I see 24/22(2) as as must for the start. After that I can't resist doing something very good on the offensive side. 24/22(2), 6/4(2)

Problem 2. When ahead (or tied) in the race, the 18-point is usually a liability. I'll grab a significant race lead instead. 24/14*.

Problem 3. The 7-point isn't enough for me, with opp having only one back checker, ready to escape with a (even duplicated) six. Hunker down and make a decent outside point, leaving no blots. 24/18, 13/10

Problem 4. Opp's 6-6 likely prevents me from cubing, but at least I can keep him hemmed in. 15/10(2), 8/3, 6/1

Problem 5. Shifting in the homeboard (PoH) appears to leave a rather sad distribution. 9/1 has merits. 22/20(2) is a nice improvement and 13/11(2) brings builders for the 5-point as well as blocks opp's best anchor, if he's fortunate enough to make that point before I do. I suppose covering is right, but Stick would freak if I got a perfect score so I'll vote for second best. 22/20(2), 13/11(2)
