Cube?

For the first position, your opponent (if your opponent is a bot) is almost always going to send the cube over anyway, converting to DMP, so you don't lose anything by converting to DMP now. Since 66 loses your market, you do lose something by not cubing, so you should cube. Of course, this is "bot logic." If the cube hasn't already been turned by this stage of the game, then it must be two human beings playing and trying to outsmart each other. In that case you shouldn't really be paying attention to what the bot verdict is.
In the second position, what calculation are you doing? The usual formulas apply to money-play races. Since, as you point out, the take point is much higher at 2a2a, you can't use the same formulas. You need some method that estimates actual percentage winning changes.
