One checker closeout table

The way I remember it is that closed out on the bar with 8 off is 50-50, add or subtract 10% for the next two checkers, and then 7% for each checker more than two.

This gives the following GWC for N off, closed out on the bar for various values of N.

3 9%
4 16%
5 23%
6 30%
7 40%
8 50%
9 60%
10 70%
11 77%
12 84%

It's not exact, but it's easy to remember and close enough for most doubling decisions.
