Here's a basic DS system I just spec'd

I toned down the high end GPU a bit, and this is still much more than adequate for BG as well as reasonable gaming. I included some decent cooling and a decent OC.

The case is huge and looks great but if you want a smaller case that is OKas well and may save a few bucks. The idea of the large case is not only to have easy room to expand but better air flow to help cool.

Higher OC's will require higher end MoBo's as well as higher end cooling.
