Moves and cube decisions: 4-ply

I had started the above (XG2) 4-ply rollout of 65R-51 before noticing David Rockwell's response post (a 4-ply rollout). I decided to keep mine going for a while, and it eventually grew to the 110k monster you see above.

In short, for XG2, we now have 65R-51 [$ S0.9] "^110 (above), and [$ S1.9] "^31 (David), which combines to [$ S1.1] "^141. FWIW, we also have -- to one fewer decimal place -- [$=S] '^46 (XG1 4-ply, Neil).

The strongest pro-S evidence we have (with XG) are mere 3-ply rollouts: [S $3.4] "<=31 (still featured on the XG book site) and [S $1.2] "<46, which I already mentioned in this post.

I had listed Gnu's older [$ S6] /31, but Phillipe has since informed us here (thank you) of a rollout with a current Gnu version: [$ S1] /46, which agrees with XG2 4-ply.
