In general this is unresolvable.

So, player-B saw 65, and player-A moved four checkers. While player-A was moving four checkers, player-B could have said something then. S/he didn't, but rather waited until the evidence was destroyed. Did Player B really expect opp to say "oh, you're right, I rolled 11 pips but decided to move 24." ??!!

If you have more evidence to present (e.g. it was a bearoff; player A is the world's fastest checker mover) then this argument isn't so good. Otherwise...

The play stands.

Next time use one set of dice.
