I'm not paying now as most of the time the worst case is a single shot in the future.

We can play off the 8-point (8/5, 6/1 looks best to me) or we can play completely in the homeboard (6/1, 4/1 better than 6/1, 6/3 since we can use a four point board as deterrent for opp leaving outfield blots).

I think we still have enough race equity to give up some and keep the outfield spare one more turn.
