I don't think we can take the chance to hit loose on our three. We are in good shape to win gammon anyway, so the gain from 7/3* when it works can't be big enough to risk a disaster. 16/6 brings a fifth builder for the 3-point, so I slightly prefer that move over 16/10 8/4.
