(1) 11/8 10/6 seems solid, 10/3* might be right, think I'd try 13/9 11/8 and gain some good doubles next turn.

(2) I'd just grab the better anchor, bar/23(2).

(3) Think it's a pass. As solid as the front position looks, it doesn't seem to be generating much counterplay possibility.
