P (Point, 13/7) looks too strong to pass up. I don't think there is a score at which I'd play A (Attack, 7/1*), though at -4-2 it looks more worthy of consideration.

Regarding the Nactation for the (White's) fourth-roll play, 44R is justifiable by assumption, but 44S is precise. The use of S (and Z) in doublets is clarified in this post, this post and this post.
