Maybe you should require the backgammon match to be WON as well. That gets rid of the "run over by a train" variants, where you pick up a cube after being hit by 5-5, and dance all the way to the bank!

Anyway, I'd say running the rack would be easiest to accomplish. But pool requires physical abilities, not just mental ones, and that would probably rule out some people...

BTW: Running a rack in 9-ball is not the same as playing a match under 2.0 PR IMHO. Good pool players run many racks in 9-ball, only the top notch BG players play consistently under 2.0.

So maybe 2.5 or 3.0 and a longer on the matchlength, should be compared to running two racks out of x breaks (twenty perhaps)?
