QF means that we're not allowed to hit, so 15/11 13/11 is forced.
It's not so clear to me, however, how to balance the various factors OTB. Certainly 15/9* gives White an immediate return shot from the bar, and potentially increases later shots. However, 15/9* also gains a tempo to start clearing our outfield checkers and bring our checkers home safely. After 15/11 13/11, 61 and 51 give White an immediate direct shot, and some other rolls force us to hit and give White a 63 (at least) from the bar anyway, at a time when White's board might be stronger.
I should probably play around with variants to get some more insight into the tradeoffs.
