Yes, at DMP 15/11 13/11 seems fine. Sending a third checker back should increase gammons, but they are not relevant at the score. SEnding a third checker back should increase opponent's wins, either from an immediate 63 bar/16* after 15/9*, or from long-term shot vig -- the race is nearly hopeless.
