If I counted correctly, Blue's pip count is 126 before the roll and White's pip count is 131.

The two main candidates I see are 13/9(2) leaving no shots and 8/4(2) strengthening our board. It's no bargain for White to break anchor and hit if we play 8/4(2), except with 22 and maybe 32, so I don't think that the shots we leave are that serious.

With either play, I think that White has a timing/flexibility advantage. 13/9(2) gives us more flexibility than 8/4(2) does but it also gives White more flexibility at the same time by taking the pressure off her anchor. I like 8/4(2) better because 13/9(2) pretty much commits us to a one-way holding game where we're the ones with the anchor, while 8/4(2) keeps it a mutual holding game with some possibilities of converting into a one-way holding game where White has the anchor. The latter is typically a better bet.
