Ben, I sent you email regarding this matter, but I write here as well.

Can you just save videos in USTREAM while you stream the match ?
I know you save it in your local PC but I want to know the reason of it. Best way is probablly saving both local PC and Ustream.

What I am most concering is time.
If you save the file in local PC, then someone have to upload it in youtube (or google drive, whatever).
It happen to be me this time but due to weak connection it wasn't fast.

1, Copying file to my HDD
2, Uploading to youtube (with a lot of failure)
3, Telling volunteer that videos are updated

As a result, most of matches are not yet uploaded and therefore no chance to transcribe (or even watch).
If the problem is cost $99/month - it sounds cheap to me.
I will pay for it, at least when I attend the tournament.

To study purpose I want to finish transcribing as early as possible.
Becaue I can still remember the thinking and psychological process of moves.
