End Game Double - Beaver - Take Action?

By my brute-force calculation, Blue’s equity after accepting the beaver is approximately –2.34. Since Blue could pass the beaver for an equity of –2.00, he should. Some observations:
- When the first three rolls are non-doublets, White has a recube to 8 that Blue must accept. At that time, Blue will have 7 checkers; White, 8.
- When the following three rolls go non-doublet/doublet/non-doublet, Blue will have a recube that that White passes, 3 checkers to 4.
- Otherwise, when White is on roll and has rolled a doublet that went unmatched by Blue, White recubes for victory.
- All the other recubes, when White gets down to 2 or 3 rolls, are obvious passes.
