I’m glad you tried these out. I have been using them regularly ever since my original post. They have well met my needs. In most circumstances, I use XG for full rollouts, but I still like to get a trunc sometimes from GnuBg. When I want to play against the bot, but have XG busy with rollouts, I open GnuBg to play practice games. I am looking forward to downloading GnuBg Version 1. I am usually not an early adopter, so I have been deliberately waiting a bit before trying it out. Mike
