So, you have a style of watch that very few people buy. A lot of customers get a similar item from other manufacturers.

Do you:

A) Stop producing them and discount your inventory (or at least produce fewer).

Or

B) increase the price 50%, tell everyone how awesome they are, and cut prices on your other watches

So, that's one idea. Stop wasting so much time, energy and money on something that benefits you very little. Gee. Tough one.
