Hitting on the 4 is not so effective since white could easily make the 5-anchor then.

Just make the 3-anchor here, white can't anchor and build the same time, and we have a lot anchor-builders for an eventual better anchor next move.

{31,21} 4-anchor

{32,42,43,D1,D2} 5-anchor

{D4,45,46,56} bar-anchor

So almost half the moves make a better anchor next time.
