has the complete(?) list of dates, winners (top two divisions), and Amateur division top prize. Given that (I'm pretty sure -- Jake and others can confirm) the people who ran this tournament are the same people who put out the "Backgammon Times" periodical, it's possible they list there the attendance numbers, or hints. I think I have accumulated the entire set of issues of that publication. I'll thumb through it later today (while couching sports potatoes).
