Well, I learn something every day. I thought nobody was responding because the answer was so obvious they were expecting Frankie to reread Phil's post and figure it out himself. Then you come along, explain it, and explain something totally different than what I thought Phil meant. Lol - clearly I was wrong originally.

I took it as the number of market loser's needed (4 or more) to double against these types of holding games since that was what he was talking about and those are virtually the only rolls that lose your market in these scenarios. It can be so few because they recur turn after turn after turn.

Maybe I'm wrong as to Phil's original intent, I didn't ask him, but both rules of four work pretty well.
