My guess is that U = 24/23 24/21 or P = 8/5 6/5 is best. It is hard to imagine that the splot, W = 24/21 6/5, can be correct. Since the rollout for 21 was so close, and since 5s are no longer duped, and since the opponent's rewards are greater for attacking on his 4pt rather than his 3pt, W must have dropped somewhat.
