I'm confused where on the second roll the replies are so much more difficult after splitting than after slotting. Even on a couple where it might be a tough decision after 41 splitting the plays they are deciding between are basically tied so it doesn't matter what they play. After slotting with 41 I know people make errors and of the larger sort compared to 41S errors. For eg 41$-11, 41$-33, 41$-44, does he counterslot with aces?, 41$-32, 41$-43 (small). To me, not only is 41$ better because it lengthens the game against the weaker player but I see it as the replies causing more equity damage also.
