I understand that the Danish Federation and how it is run is amazing but I am still not comfortable calling someone active because they play in a local tournament once a week no matter how strong the competition is. Would you call someone who plays 4 days a week in a chouette against Open level players active? With the DBGF you have long recorded matches against top rate competition but how many hours do you play a week? In the chouette example they probably play 4x as many hours a week as the players in the DBGF. They just need to show up to a big tournament once or twice a year and I feel much better about their eligibility. Nordic Open is obviously one tourney that they should all be attending since it's twenty feet away.

The three names you gave were/are being considered. One has been rejected and the other two are likely to make it in I'd say.
