Question for Paul re top 100 US-based players

You figure there are about 40 players worldwide who average under 4. So, how many US-based match players would you estimate average under 5? Or, a better question might be: How low does your PR have to be before you can legitimately claim that you are likely among the top 100 match players in the US? For purposes of this question I don't mean PR's on GG, which is really just speedgammon. And I don't mean performance in live matches either, because there isn't nearly enough available data. I'm talking about a player's average PR over, say, 200 matches of varying lengths in Ironman mode against XG. I admit it's a limited definition of average PR, but it's fairly rigorous, and it's a trial that any XG owner can self-administer.
