Consistently playing below 4 would be world class in my opinion. 4 would be the bad end of the range, with an occasional outlier in the 5s or even 6s.

I agree that consultation matches should not really be considered. I only mentioned it to validate that I know how Mik plays these days.

I also agree that PR should weigh heavily when determining who are the best players. Which is why it's a shame to not include Trabi in your ballot. I recorded 1 of his matches in this year's Nordic Open. He played Mochy so I had to record that match. Both played in the low 2s in that match.

I agree with REW that there are no doubt many strong unknown players around.

I am not voting but if I did vote, I wold have Mochy as a clear no 1.
