XG Importing Help

Can someone help me? My XG has decided it doesn't want to import my matches anymore. I have never had a problem with this until about a week ago. No settings have been changed at either the site or in XG. I can still access the match in a longer round about way but am really want to fix the path so it will import. Does anyone know of a solution to fix this?
