List of tournaments and the criteria for awarding points are in the first sheet of the Excel file that you can download from the bottom of the post.

Basically a masters tournament of 64 awards 6 points to the winner (like 6 wins are needed to win the tournament), 5 for the finalists, 4 for semi-finalists, 4 for consolation winner, etc.

There might be other ways of awarding points. Main handicap is that my method gives 0 to the players whose names are not listed on top. But given the limited information this is what I decided to do.
