Carlo, yes, apparently the only data Carol could find on him had him playing intermediate. If his Italian (or other) experience has him playing Open or Masters or the like, at a regional or larger tournament (i.e. not club tournaments) he should resubmit his ballot. Since you have some familiarity with his record you might email us with the details.

In suggesting he resubmit, please remind him that at minimum we need 16 names, and of course really prefer 32. My recollection is that his ballot arrived with 7, which did tend to flag him.
