Breaking the bar point is the only way to get four builders within direct range of both the 3pt and 1pt, but that seems overly committal.

When three checkers are played on the backside of a move in one of the OCEAN families, you underline its Nactation. O = Outer moves three dice to destinations in the outer board, and jumps into the inner board with the other. If two dice jumped into the inner boad, you would omit the underline. If three diced jumped, you would use a dot (or ring below) instead of the underline.

O (Outer) = 11/8, 7/6
