No Moon, and It’s Not June

This is another toughie. Without a poem to guide me, I am not confident at all about which direction to take this one. Perhaps your hint in the subject can be trusted. It says you’re drifting into a 1pt game, so maybe it is wrong to split the anchor.

Although I took a serious look at 24/21, there are two reasons I rejected it: 1. Trailing in the race, there is no hurry to escape. 2. The opponent is poorly positioned to make a prime, so opening up gives him attacking chances that he sorely needs.

That leaves trying to improve the structure on the front side. Although, I don’t like leaving a shot, I finally went with making the 4pt, P = 9/4 7/4. That adds some needed strength to a board that must be ready to contain White after he is hit later. That move also leaves 4 spares in reasonable positions to handle the next couple of turns.
