Another way to do it so that captains and Jason don't have to meet online all at the same time is for each captain to make up an ordered list of all players independently of each other. Jason will then pick one player at a time in turns off the top of the corresponding list among those still left to be chosen.

I was actually going to suggest to post team rosters according to the order the players were chosen. What's there to be embarrassed about to be picked last? Just show them how wrong they were :)

How about putting that up for vote once the pool of players is finalized?
