Ever-so-briefly I looked at A (Attack) = 8/4*(2) 5/1*(2), but quickly discarded it. Given such a good blocking structure, there is no need to tear it down in pursuit of an iffy blitz.
I next focused on C (Cross) = 20/16(2), 8/4*(2). Noticing that Blue is 2-away, however, I opted for O (Outer) = 13/9(2) 8/4*(2). That play should win significantly more gammons.
(The last play is in the Outer family because it uses half the roll moving to destinations in the outer board, while using the other half to leave the outer board. O (Outer) = half-in/half-out.)
