is Player 1XGID=--BBBABcB---bD----cc--bb--:0:0:1:00:5:2:0:7:10 on roll, cube action?
Analyzed in XG Roller++ No double Double/Take Player Winning Chances: 74,43% (G:4,21% B:0,05%) 74,79% (G:5,10% B:0,10%) Opponent Winning Chances: 25,57% (G:1,85% B:0,02%) 25,21% (G:1,98% B:0,03%) Cubeless Equities +0,550 +1,597 Cubeful Equities No double: +0,664 (-0,118) Double/Take: +0,782 Double/Pass: +1,000 (+0,218) Best Cube action: Double / Take eXtreme Gammon Version: 2.10, MET: Kazaross XG2
So at the score, 5away-player needs around 23% to take and since he is getting close to that and it's a mutually non-gammonish position the theoretical verdict should be pretty clear: Double/Take. But the question I am more interested in is: how bad does your opponent have to be for you to miss this cube, or these kinds of cubes in general? Missing few of these vs someone you portray as "fish" can be very costly for your PR. Not that I care about it, goal is to win, but it's not easy for me to draw the fine line and decide who I'm doubling here and who I'm not.
