Explain this XG result please

A good way to figure things out is to use the dice distribution.

Select the top candidates and right click and press "Dice distribution". Since XG 2.10 this will open a dice window for every selected candidate and let you navigate in synch.

unfortunately even 5 ply fails to see the 21/16 as the best, however it still allows you to see what dice generate the most changes. Personally, the "dice map" tab is the easiest one to use. note that you can hover over a square to see the move.

You can also copy the data in XG (right click and "copy") if you want to "massage" the raw data a bit more.
