Yes, but as I understand the FT system, just like More Swiss in the USA, when a players has several losses and no long can win a prize, he is kicked out of the event.

Once again I stress that it is silly to have early rds be 11 pts and later rds be 7 pts and the organizers should make all rds 9 pts or if time is still an issue have the first few rds be 7 pts and the remaining 9 pts.
