I think taking the cube is very clear and doubling might be premature. However, I will be surprised if this is a beaver as suggested in some of the other posts.
There are a few very unfavorable immediate sequences for White. Regardless of Blue's next roll is, White has to run off the anchor with 63:21/12. With 22:10/8(2) 9/7(2), Blue makes a solid four prime which now forces White to break anchor with several more rolls. Also, then 44 33 or 43 by White will sent more checkers to the graveyard. When Blue moves off the 22 point with both checkers (the proper strategy), all 2's except 22 and 21 become awkward rolls. Almost all of Blue's next rolls play well and it's hard to find a sequence where White does not stand worse. Since Blue is in control of the outer boards which is likely to be stronger when he moves off the 22 point, White will not have an easy time making it home with his three checkers.
