Blue is Player 1XGID=--B-BBB------C---eee-AA-B-:0:0:1:00:0:0:3:0:10 Problem 2: ..Reach this position in seven rolls
As deduced in the solution post to problem 1, White goes first in problem 2.
You can use many of the techniques for solving problem 2 that are discussed at the link above. In this post, I'll just provide the solutions to problem 2 without fanfare. If anyone has questions, let me know.
Here is my solution:
White is Player 2
score: 0
pip: 156Unlimited Game
Jacoby Beaverpip: 167

Blue is Player 1XGID=-a----E-C---fE---c-e----B-:0:0:1:00:0:0:3:0:10 White rolled 65R and played 24/13
White is Player 2

pip: 156Unlimited Game
Jacoby Beaverpip: 151

Blue is Player 1XGID=-aA-AAD-B---fD---c-e----B-:0:0:1:00:0:0:3:0:10 Blue rolled 44 and played 13/5 8/4 6/2
White is Player 2

Jacoby Beaverpip: 174

Blue is Player 1XGID=----ABD-A---dC---eae--A-BA:0:0:1:00:0:0:3:0:10 White rolled 55 and played 24/18*/8 13/8
White is Player 2

pip: 129Unlimited Game
Jacoby Beaverpip: 164

Blue is Player 1XGID=--B-BBB-----dC---eae-AA-B-:0:0:1:00:0:0:3:0:10 Blue rolled 44 and played bar/21 8/4 6/2(2)
White is Player 2
score: 0
pip: 105Unlimited Game
Jacoby Beaverpip: 164
score: 0
Blue is Player 1XGID=--B-BBB------C---eee-AA-B-:0:0:1:00:0:0:3:0:10 White rolled 66 and played 13/7(4)
Stein found a different solution (a pair, in fact), which I've copied below.
................................................W: 64: 24/14
......B: 62: 13/7 6/4...................W: 66: 24/18* 13/7(3) [or 24/18* 14/8 13/7(2)]
......B: 33: b/22 13/10 8/5(2).....W: 31: 18/15*/14
......B: 44: b/21 8/4 6/2(2).........W: 66: 14/8(2) 13/7(2) [or 14/8 13/7(3)]The Nactation sequences for the three solutions are:
......65R-44j-61Z-33G-55B-44Y-66D
......64R-62&-66z-33M-31r-44Y-66D
......64R-62&-66Z-33M-31r-44Y-66DI'll wait a bit longer before position the solution to the third problem.
