My initial thought was to safety the midpoint and try to start escaping the back checker with 22/16, 13/9. This just doesn't feel right though. We are going to be slightly up in the race after this roll...I don't want to give that away by being hit, and possible blitzed on. Plus in a roll or two they will probably have to move the checker off our 15 point, and maybe break their mid point making it safer to escape.

My play is 13/9, 6/2. We could take the midpoint all the way to the 3 point, but I'd rather slot another point in our home board.
