Backgammon Literature - Doubling

For some time now I've been looking for a good solid comprehensive resource for cube decisions in match play. I haven't found it yet, but will buy it as soon as someone writes it.

Kit's Encyclopedia is good, but it's more like a bunch of reference positions to remember than a solid exposition of doubling windows AtS (which is what I'm looking for).
