This is a huge take. It's the double that is not clear. 4-1 backgame needs 60 pips of timing and since white does not have a full prime, the two checkers on the bar can count towards brown's timing. Based on my study of 4-1 backgames I'd guess that a strong rollout (XGR+/XGR+ Large) will say it's a marginal double for white. And it might be a double only because white has a flexible position with good distribution of spares.
