Cube action vs. well-timed 1-4 backgame

I see lots of gammons and a weak 41 structure. Ship it and make it the opponent's problem. Maybe it's TG, but I bet I'll get a lot of takes.

I'd probably pass this due to the high gammon rate but won't be surprised if it's a take.

Does Jacoby make a difference? I don't really understand how to apply that rule since I never play with it.
