Streaming via mobile -- feasible?

I'd like to spitball a little bit. You may assume I enjoy general purpose tech savvy, but not much in this particular area.
We're paying a rather exorbitant sum for internet access to do streaming for the Beltway ABT tournament. I want to explore the feasibility of doing streaming via... (here I may start using bogus terminology, work with me people) a mobile hotspot, or cellular service, or WiMax, or SOMETHING like that.
Some questions:
- What should I be calling this kind of service?
- Is this even possible?
- Is this even realistic?
- How much might this cost?
- What kind of providers are there?
- What if I'm already a Verizon FIOS subscriber for my internet at home? Can I get something tacked on to that?
- What if I'm already a T-Mobile subscriber for my cell phone service? Can I get something tacked on to that?
- What kind of bandwidth do I need to stream via Ustream?
- Can I get that kind of bandwidth via mobile?
- What if I stream nonstop over a weekend... let's say 20 hours worth of broadcasting on 720p. How much data is that going to use up?
- What if I wanted to do this on two cameras and two laptops?
