Here's one way you might be able to get some actual numbers yourself. Play and record a long unlimited-without-Jacoby session against Motif Backgammon. I recommend warming up by playing a bunch of practice games against it to learn its weaknesses. You should quickly discover that it drops many massive takes, including some ND/T positions. That alone should give you a significant edge over what a pure PR estimate would predict.

If you study it more, you'll find other weaknesses. For example, I seem to recall that it grossly misunderstands certain blitz-versus-prime situations, thinking that it's way ahead when it's way behind. You can really win big if you get into a situation where it not only takes when it should drop but then sends the cube right back at ya! This is such a bad mistake that you may not even want to exploit it, given the kinds of things you're ultimately interested in. But anyway, the point is that here is a weak opponent that plays fast and exploitably and never gets tired, which is an ideal situation for collecting data for your question.
