Not close to TG. What happens with the cube if a quick 3 is rolled from the bar? A common blunder is thinking that positions like this are TG when, in reality, the chance of a G is quite low. Note that not only do you have to catch a 2nd checker, you have to then close both out and then win that G.

In general, there's a big difference between positions that are clear passes and positions that are TG when there's decent volatility. Now if there was almost no way for this not to be a pass next roll then we'd be more inclined to consider TG, but this position can most certainly be a take in one roll sequence.
